Nyk has been colouring my hair for over 22 years. Nik is very professional, listens to what I want and explains in detail what products and colours she will be using on my hair to meet my needs, she also makes suggestions to me if I am undecided on colours! I have been a client of Nikki’s for over nine years. My introduction to her salon was by recommendation from a friend who has also been a long-standing happy client.

Nikki is extremely well organised, and this theme continues throughout her work. Attention to detail, a friendly salon, efficient appointment bookings and always on time when you arrive. It is a very professional workplace, and a close team sharing the space very effectively with a leader always aware of her colleagues and their workload that day in a calm relaxing manner.

At the start of my appointment, Nikki will always have a consultation with me to decide any change to my hair style, great advice on what may suit me and how my hair is looking and feeling. Then we talk about colour, and she is the expert, advising how the lowlights will blend together and look when put together. To add longevity to the time my colour will last between salon visits, Nikki has also added a root colour which has proved to be very successful and enhances the lowlight colours added by using foils. It is a clever mix and always looks very polished as the finished product. The hair colours, shampoo and conditioner that are used on my hair are excellent quality, something Nikki prides herself on using and is acutely aware of the ingredients of them. My hair feels amazing and I always have many compliments, particularly on the colour, along with a fantastic curly blow wave. Very happy customer!

All this is brought together by very good communication skills, it is a complete experience.

Nikki is a very experienced hair and colour stylist and would be an excellent teaching resource for any organisation.
